Ashley Magaraci is the founder and owner of Four You Therapy. She is a counselor with over 5 years of clinical experience. As a mental health counselor with expertise in anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma, she brings specialized knowledge and genuine passion to her work. Ashley’s joy is to provide support to individuals of all ages - children, teens, and adults - as they navigate the challenges of managing their mental health.
Her approach involves teaching valuable skills across various areas, including anger management, relaxation techniques, impulse control, social skills, emotional coping, effective communication, problem-solving, active listening, and conflict resolution. Additionally, She collaborates closely with families to assist parents in implementing consistent behavior techniques at home, ensuring a holistic approach to healing and growth.
In pursuit of delivering the highest quality of care, she constantly strives to expand her knowledge base. She is certified in neuroscience for clinicians, with a focus on understanding the effects of stress, anxiety, trauma, and substance abuse on the brain. Moreover, she is Eagala certified, allowing her to utilize Equine Assisted Psychotherapy as an alternative therapeutic approach for her clients. Ashley has undergone specialized training in the neurobiology of trauma and grief. She holds certifications in Traumatic Incident Resolution Therapy, Trauma and Play Therapy, Play Therapy with Families, and the Foundation for Addressing the Social-Emotional Wellness of Children Using Play.
Originally from Long Island, New York, Ashley relocated to Florida to pursue her education at Florida Atlantic University, where she earned her B.A. in Psychology. Following that, she obtained her M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lynn University. Throughout her career, she has personally experienced the profound impact of loss, particularly with the death of her friend in 2018. This personal journey has further fueled her dedication to helping others transition toward a happier and healthier life.
As both the owner of Four You Therapy and a mental health counselor, she is committed to creating a warm and welcoming environment for her clients.
